Packaging Machine
Operator - 2nd Shift

Hours: 3:30 pm - 11:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. This position may include overtime hours.

Pay Rate:  $20.75 - $23.25 per hour

The Position

In this position, you will set up and operate a variety of high speed food packaging machines, complete required quality checks, and complete all job related paper work. In addition to operating the equipment, you will ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment during changeovers. You will also oversee and direct line workers assigned to the line during production and cleanings.

A minimum of 1 year hands-on experience setting up and operating a high-speed packaging machine in a food manufacturing facility is required. You must have excellent attention to detail, be able to direct the work of others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, the ability to stand/walk for 8 hours and ability to push/pull fully loaded pallet jacks is required in this position.
